Update the date and time
- At any ESI phone:
- Press ‘PROG/HELP’
- Press ‘HOLD’
- Enter the admin password (your admin password#)
- Press ‘1’ (for the system programming)
- Press ‘4’ (to set the clock and calendar)
- Press ‘1’ (to set the date and time manually)
- enter the time in 12 hour format
- Press ‘#’ to save
- Continue to follow the given directions to update the calendar if needed
- Hang up

- At any ESI phone:

- Press ‘6’ (for recording of prompts)
- Press ‘1’ (for the system prompts)
- Press ‘1#’ (for the Branch ID you want to record)
- Press ‘1’ to start and ‘1’ to stop the recording.
- Press ‘#’ to save
- Hang up
Directory names
- At any ESI phone:
- Press ‘PROG/HELP’
- Press ‘HOLD’
- Enter the admin password (your admin password#)
- Press ‘6’ (for recording of prompts)
- Press ‘2’ (for the directory names, these are the names played from the main menu)
- Enter the extension number you wish to record.
- Press ‘1’ to start and ‘1’ to stop the recording. Recite the first and last name.
- Press ‘#’ to save
- Hang up
For immediate after hours assistance choose menu option 6 and leave a call back number. A technician will be paged and return your call immediately.
